Madiran is a neighborhood wine bar featured on Wine Spectator's 2024 list for top restaurants. Seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join their back of house team and interested in growing their culinary skills. Currently seeking a Sous Chef, Line Cook and Porter.
Sous Chef: Previous experience in a Sous Chef role is ideal. They should be organized, creative, punctual, and most importantly passionate about food. This is an on the line Sous Chef position, additionally, they will be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen, ordering and contributing to menu development. Salary is based on experience in the range of 50K - 70K.
Line Cook: minimum 1 year previous experience is ideal. Hourly pay, based on experience $20-$26/hr.
Open Tuesday - Sunday. Dinner Service only, NO BRUNCH, NO LUNCH!
